1. What is the PCSOS Label?

The PCSOS (Protecting Children in Sport) label is a certification awarded to organizations that demonstrate compliance with established child safeguarding standards in sport. It aims to ensure safe, inclusive, and protective environments for all children participating in sports activities.

2. Who can apply for the PCSOS Label?

Sports federations, sports clubs, and other relevant organizations working with children in sports can apply for the PCSOS label at Bronze, Silver, or Gold levels, depending on their implementation and documentation of safeguarding practices.

3. How do I start the application process?

First, review the requirements for your desired label level. Collect all required documents (Honor Declaration, Child Protection Procedure, Code of Conduct, appointment documents, training certificates, etc.). Register on the PCSOS application system, fill out your organization’s information, and upload the necessary documents for review.

4. How long does the application evaluation take?

After submission, applications are typically reviewed within 15–45 days. If documents are missing or require revision, you will be notified via email or system message.

5. What happens if my application is incomplete?

If your application is missing documents or information, you will be contacted and asked to provide the necessary revisions. You can upload the missing or revised documents in the system for re-evaluation.

6. What are the benefits of obtaining the PCSOS Label?

Certified organizations demonstrate their commitment to child protection, improve trust among parents and stakeholders, gain international recognition, and set a positive example in the sports community.

7. Who can access and use the forum?

The PCSOS Forum is only available to registered users. If you are not yet a member, please register to participate.
